This place is a hidden gem. Alex was kind and fast. Fixed my phone in 10 mins and did not try to upsell. He was honest and kind and I can appreciate that. Definitely recommend this place. Will come again if ever needed.

Best place in the south side to bring your phone to get fixed. Customer service is awesome. They listen to customers and treat you like family. They even test your phone to figure out what’s the problem before they fix it! They just don’t take your money to make a buck like other places. Great people that know what they’re doing!

Very compassionate people that work there great service and understand that we need our device fixed in a timely manner and properly they get it done and they well at their job!! Favorite store out of all! They have the best cases and even for the new iPhone 16 pro max I recently got one and I love it! Very durable and reliable! Go out and see them
