I can't believe that this place has such low reviews. I had to bring my phone in to get fixed, after getting it replaced just a few days before somewhere else. After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Umer is an amazing tech wizard. My phone had water damage and he went above and beyond in every way and did everything to fix it very quickly by explaining the process every step of the way. I like his honesty and deep knowledge of electronics in general. Best phone repair in town!

Sean and the crew were so nice. He helped me out literally ten minutes till mall closing the day before Thanksgiving. Apple had just told me that my phone was not able to be fixed and was dead. Another phone fix place had said it would take 48 hrs just to diagnose what was wrong with my phone. Got a recommendation to go here and it was worth it. He looked at it diagnosed it and was able to fix it within 15 min total. Price was reasonable and he worked fast and efficiently. The service was so good I went back and got another phone fixed (again within 10min). A+++. Awesome service and so happy with the outcome.

A few months ago I brought in my cracked iPhone screen and met Shaun I believe is his name. He picked up my call to check on location asap, remembered my name etc.. I arrived and he was great, had my new screen done in under 20 min so I was happy and off. In the first day I noticed texting and games were not the same so Shaun asked me to bring it in which he did and again fixed quickly and I was off on my way. He was easy to work with, didn't care about my having a receipt or anything, he listened and made sure I was good and was easy to work with on the second screen. Could have been a bad screen, maybe not, but all went well.

If you have phone issues (e.g broken screen, electrical issues, etc.) I would highly recommend coming here before you go to any big brand name store. Sean’s customer service is second to none. I brought my phone in and he worked on it for several days to no avail. When I went to pick it up he refused to accept any payment for his time and even went as far as to tell me how to get a new one as he had done some research online and found that my phone had a known issue so it could be replaced for no charge. I think what I just wrote speaks for itself.
