Awful job went in to a screen repair he purposely left something unconnected on my phone and my screen was left glitching

Not OEM parts! They replaced the back cover on my S23 today due to a cracked camera lens protector. Before I agreed to the service I asked them multiple times if the cover is OEM Samsung and they ensured me that was. I had my doubts when I didn't see any markings on the inside of their cover like what is on mine but my cover was already off by thst point. The quality seemed fine in the dim light of the mall. When I went outside I tried my camera and there is definitely no antiglare on the glass which tells me this is NOT a OEM component. Then I noticed that there is dust trapped between the camera lens and the camera because he didn't dust off the lens before putting the cover on. Waste of time and money! Just generic knock off components and to busy dealing with other clients while working on my phone to do the job properly.

I Do not recommend this place at Franklin park mall in Toledo, Ohio. Spent over 50 dollars on a case and screen Fell off the next day. Took it to T-Mobile they put the right one on. Told me the one they put on was not the right one. Definitely will not be back and that as 25 dollars down the drain! 👎🏻

Hasan did amazing work on my phone today. I had a mic problem. I couldn’t not afford to pay full price at Apple so Hasan gave me a good price and fixed my phone and replaced my screen protector. He did amazing work and needs a promotion

Great service, I'd recommend them. If the quote "jumped" from $70 in 30 minutes to $80 in 45, they probably just estimated at first, then realized your device needed a more complex step. Phone companies continuously add challenging steps to discourage repair centers from repairing.
