I brought my tired six-year-old laptop in for a much-needed keyboard overhaul. Asa did amazing work, preventing me from needing to buy a new one for another six years. ;-) When I picked it up, I asked about reserviced phones because my equally old SE was hating on me. Tom fiddled with it and all is now well. Love these guys.
Came in with a dead battery. Alex was great he knew exactly what to do and had it up and running in minutes. He had it from 1% to 11 in seconds. Great service. I had taken phone to Verizon and they had no idea what was wrong. You will be my first stop in the future!

Should really be 0 stars. I took my phone there for a cracked screen repair on 11/21/25 and picked it up the next day. I've had issues with my audio and calls dropping since the repair. I took it to another location where I was informed that my previous repair done here on 11/21/25 was done incorrectly. They took out my "mmwave module 5G" which has been causing issues and they used double sided tape instead of the proper adhesive to put my phone back together. When I had picked up my phone on 11/22/25 from this location they told me it was covered under my samsung care insurance package and no issues. They lied and stole a piece of my phone. The place also smelled like weed and was completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!
Total satisfaction and sucess . I experienced Google Pixel 6 well documented battery problems. Because of so many issues, OEM replacement batteries not availablto to order. Thanks to Alex and his persistance, able to scrounge an OEM at another repair facility in central Ohio, after trying an aftermarket they ordered in, that failed to function properly. LOTS of EXTRA effort and time. Much thanks to the staff, all is good, WELL DONE!
