Andy is awesome repair man for my s21 ultra has water damage won't charge or power up. He did it in 2.5 hours to dry, clean, remove whatever is broken to replace it and more importantly his determination to make happen to keep that promise that my phone will revived again. I thank this repairman to save my cell phone. This.is five stars service hand down no question ask

Andy is amazing! True customer service, they repair your phone quickly accurately and affordably.Quote you before they do the work. I had an issue 45 days after a repair. I was outside my 30 day warranty. They were nice enough to look at the inside of my phone and informed me that if there was not a loose cable, he could reconnect, I would have to buy a new screen. Fortunately, it was a loose cable, and he took care of me. I can't tell you how thankful I am to deal with somebody that believes in true customer service and doing the right thing. As a realtor this is how I operate. But I also respect that they hold firm to their policy as well. He was willing to help but if it was not easy they will charge me. I respect that. I will always refer them.
