I cannot thank Central Houston Animal Hospital enough for what theyve done for me and my cat. My old vet saw my cat who was lethargic, barely eating and had fluid build up barely tested him and diagnosed him with lymphoma after 20 minutes and told me straight up there was nothing i could possibly do and i needed to put him down as soon as possible. i discovered chah through scouring reviews and decided this would be a good place for a second opinion. we were able to book a next-day appointment and the booking and check in was a smooth process! they were shocked my vet told me this and immediately started working on a treatment and diagnostic plan for my baby. the technician and doctor were so friendly with us and explained their thought process in detail making sure we understood absolutely everything about his condition. i am so so thankful they immediately jumped to getting him as much help as possible starting him on antibiotics, fluids, and multiple tests + an ultrasound instead of just going No sorry put him down like my old vet. They were incredibly compassionate and have given him a second chance. Even if we still have to say goodbye soon, this was the nicest experience i could of ever hoped for in my circumstances and im so so grateful i decided to call them! I will definitely start seeing my other healthy cat here regularly as well! The front desk is also very nice in person and on the phone and they triple check and break down the cost of your bills before going through with anything. I will never ever forget this thank you so much guys!!

We were referred by family to see Dr. Smith & Dr Reid. They have been taking care of our fur baby for the past couple of months. Both doctors are personable, knowledgeable and always mindful of our budget. The staff here has great customer service, we highly recommend this office!

Both of our pups got an upset stomach and the clinic offered the drop off option for them to be checked same day. They called me to discuss an estimate beforehand. Dr Reed checked and treated them promptly. Great customer service and they treats our dogs like family.

Everyone is always super nice and accommodating here, I've never had a bad experience and our dogs get a lot of love and care! Besides caring for our dogs more chronic needs we've also experienced the great help that has been the rehabilitation center. Amazing work here on all fronts!

We were sent here by our vet for a possible emergency and the staff were so sweet and caring. The vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Had our little guy feeling better super fast. Prices were super affordable. I loved how easy it was to schedule a same day appointment as a new patient. The staff even called the next day to check how our little one was doing. Will definitely be switching to this practice for now on! 🌟
