I just want management to know what an absolute pleasure it was dealing with Maria in providing a Condo quote. She was very professional and was also very knowledgeable about the coverages and was able to answer my considerable questions about the overall policy. I've been with Central for a few years now and Yolanda is great to work with. I updated my review from a 4 star to a 3 because their general response time can be quite poor. My partner tried obtaining auto insurance but he didn't hear back for days at a time.

Our company has been a customer of Central Insurance since 2009 when we started the business. If I can give them 10 stars review - I would. They are prompt, responsive, professional, extremely friendly and offer great rates. Danielle and Theresa working there have been absolutely amazing to deal with. One simple email with a request and it is taken care of literally within hours or less. Highly, highly recommended for all your insurance needs.
