So, def will be using this company again. The basic chairs were perfect and priced reasonably. The service (in the office) was so friendly and loved the communication throughout the process. ***paying in checks prevents additional fees FYI. So, that was nice of them to inform me, def took advantage of that process. The delivery was on time, and on time pickup after event, so grateful and appreciated this organization assistance at last minute! The setup was interesting—we needed 7 tents across 6 different locations, with other rentals dropped off separately. Scheduling the delivery and pickup was straightforward; they confirmed a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup. There was a minor issue at the venue, but Archille, Jerry, and the venue staff handled it seamlessly, allowing us to stick to the original schedule. Matt and Tony took care of the drop-off. Since I had never planned an event of this scale, I wasn’t sure how to set things up. However, Matt and Tony were patient as I worked through my plan. When I left before they finished setting up, I returned to find everything was exactly as we envisioned—and more! I’m so grateful we were referred to Central Valley Party. So, my son informed me that he was getting married...in two weeks! It's a long, but happy story, but in any case we needed to throw a backyard garden wedding in basically no time. I live in Lemoore, but the wedding was being held in Tracy, CA. I called Central Valley Party, without really knowing what I was doing, or what we needed exactly. They were very helpful and patient over the phone, and were able to provide everything we needed on short notice. They delivered and picked up the items in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable.
