Central West End Yoga has been a lovely part of my life since it's opening in Dec 2024. Constance and her amazing instructors are not just incredible teachers, but they are kind, warm, and always ensure care for their students. There is so much class variety depending on your practice goals. In a very saturated wellness and fitness world, CWE Yoga is a beautiful little haven to not only feel grounded, but to feel strong and inspired. Thank you

EXCELLENT classes, amazing studio!! Every teacher I’ve experienced is top notch, knows their stuff, and is warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated how many of them brought into their teaching the historical context and background of yoga, and that it’s not just the physical practice. I’ve flowed to so many great playlists in this studio too, which makes a huge difference. The space is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully laid out. There’s room for just 10 students so even if a class is full you really get personalized attention from the instructor. Unfortunately the prices are higher than I can sustain on a regular basis, but I am sure that means that the teachers are paid fairly and - there are extra perks with this studio - mats are provided and also there’s complimentary Big Heart Tea! I thought parking would be a challenge, but have always found a free spot on McPherson between Euclid and Kingshighway. (Lucky you if you’re living or staying in the Central West End and can walk or bike there!!) Bravo to the owner Constance and her entire team! This place should be high on the list of top yoga studios in St. Louis.

I am currently in teacher training with Mandi, and she is amazing, I feel very supported and loved with this group, there is so much community! I love it here, the environment is wonderful, they have yoga mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters in studio, and welcome new students, no membership required though it does make classes less expensive! I think it is a beautiful studio, has wonderful instructors, and is worth every dollar!
