My dog had been suffering from terrible skin problems and itching for over a year. We tried different vets, countless shampoos, medications and special diets, and nothing really worked. He was constantly scratching, losing fur, and I could see in his eyes how uncomfortable and miserable he was. It broke my heart to feel so powerless. When we finally decided to see the dermatologist and his team, everything changed. After just one visit, they found what no one else had managed to identify and started the right treatment. A few weeks later, my dog was like a completely different animal: no more constant scratching, his fur started growing back, and he was finally able to relax and enjoy life again. The whole team was incredibly kind, patient and professional. They took the time to listen, explain every step and genuinely cared about my dog’s well-being. I am beyond grateful for what they’ve done. If your dog is suffering and you feel like you’ve tried everything, don’t wait like I did — this place is truly a lifesaver.

My son’s cat, JJ, struggled with brutal allergies for 16 long months. He wore the cone the entire time, we saw several vets, did tests, tried pricey hypoallergenic food, and he was on prednisone nonstop. Nothing helped, and we had already spent thousands of dollars. I was heartbroken and exhausted, watching him suffer and feeling completely helpless. In the end, even though I thought the DMV would be way too expensive, I decided to try a consultation with their dermatologist because I was desperate. After just one visit with the specialist and his amazing team, JJ is better than he has ever been. His skin is healing, he’s comfortable, and I finally see my happy cat again. The whole visit, including antibiotics, cost only 365 $, and it was worth every cent. The staff were kind, patient, and incredibly professional. They listened to our story, took us seriously, and found a solution when no one else could. I can’t express how grateful I am — I only wish we had gone there from the start. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving JJ his life back.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and gently, which is incredibly reassuring for a worried mother. You can immediately tell they truly love animals and know what they're doing; the care is professional and prompt. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and you're taken care of as soon as you arrive, even in an emergency. I recommend this place to all mothers who want the best for their companions; it's where I go every time now, without hesitation.

I brought my dog to this place twice. The second visit is what lead to this poor rating. My dog was diagnosed with MVD through his regular vet and cardiologist. We already knew that he had a heart murmur and it was confirmed that it wasn't a level 5. With that being said, we consulted an emergency vet for a completely different reason, yet she still insisted that my dog had a level 5 heart murmur and that he should see the cardiologist. Having seen the cardiologist recently, I politely declined. She kept insisting. After some back and forth, I had told her to just put me in for the next day just so she could stop insisting and get on with the actual reason why we were there, which was for a skin abscess. They eventually opened and drained the abscess and prescribed medication. While this was being done, we waited in the waiting room. The 2 night receptionists were talking loudly about inappropriate things going on in their personal lives and seemed annoyed any time someone had to address them. I had to ask a question but decided against it to not receive the same treatment as other clients. The waiting room felt very unwelcoming. My dog was finally ready to go home, we paid, waited for the prescription, and left. The very next day I scheduled a follow-up appointment with our regular vet. She took a look at the medication that my dog was given and found it quite questionable. She corrected the situation, examined the wound, and cleared him. She also clearly reassured us that his heart murmur hadn't change and was not suddenly a level 5. After that experience, I have decided not to return to this emergency clinic and found better service elsewhere.

I strongly advise against going there. Following surgery for my cat—a procedure that cost me nearly $5,000—the situation quickly deteriorated. Less than 24 hours later, he stopped eating and started vomiting. Clearly, something was wrong. The documents I signed clearly stated that I should contact the clinic immediately in case of complications. That's exactly what we did. Worried and helpless, we called two days later to report the situation and ask for help. The response? We were told that the internal medicine department preferred that no one touch the file until they returned on Monday. In the meantime, we were vaguely told about a referral to the emergency room, nothing more. We were assured that a follow-up would be done quickly. Four hours passed. No call. No follow-up. Nothing. We called again, remaining calm despite our growing worry and frustration. Once again, we only spoke to an administrative assistant. After being put on hold, we received a vague and frankly alarming response: if the condition worsens, come in. Otherwise… “wait.” Wait for what, exactly? For the situation to deteriorate further? For it to be too late? At no point were we able to speak to a healthcare professional. No real care was provided. No sense of urgency. No support. Monday arrived. Still no call. No follow-up from the internal medicine department, despite the clearly concerning situation. At a time when we needed support, advice, and professionalism, we were left completely on our own. This experience leaves an extremely bitter taste and seriously gives the impression of a system more concerned with billing than with the well-being of animals and supporting owners. Meanwhile, my cat is still sick. So I made the decision to go elsewhere. Because in the end, when your pet's health is at stake, you can't afford to wait... especially when those who should be helping you aren't.
