I’ve been a client of this clinic since 2020, and I can honestly say I would rate their care and service ♾️/10. The doctors, technicians, admins, and even Franklin the clinic kitty, treat not only my two fur babies but also me, as an anxious cat parent, with patience, kindness, and understanding every single time. Most recently, when my cat Ash had an incident of vomiting and reduced appetite, I must have called for updates every hour. Each time, I was welcomed with compassion, clear answers, and reassurance that I could ask as many questions as I needed.
