Halilee was amazing! He fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes! Beyond that, he is a wonderful, good hearted person - I was so glad to meet him and share a good deed for someone struggling! His thoughtfulness and his abilities are both excellent!

Our experience was Amazing! The owner is a very kind, helpful, and friendly man who gave us a free estimate of my damaged phone within 10 minutes. The Apple store had told me it was too expensive to repair, but Certified Cell Phone fixed my phone in 1 hour for an extremely reasonable price. Not to mention, he offered advice on how to care for the phone to avoid future issues. Do yourself a favor and use Certified Cell Phone for any repairs you need. You will be glad you did. I 100% Recommend this shop.

I went to certified cell phone repair shop to get my iPhone 10x Max screen fixed. I accidentally dropped it on a concrete and it had a bright green line on the side. When I look for a local phone repair places this place came up on the first list and has 4.8 stars. After calling around and get some estimates I decided to take it to certified cell phone repair shop and the person who fixed my phone was so professional and nice. He offered me some water and he fixed my phone screen with in a few min. He gave me very reasonable price comparing to other places. I am so pleased with his service. I recommend him to everyone who wants to get their phone fixed. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He offers a great service with great price 👌

This place has the best customer service! Within 30 min, my screen was repaired, tempered glass added, and a speaker issue fixed. I was given a bottle of water and my son got a toy to play with while we waited. The serviceman was courteous and professional. I had my phone “fixed” at a competitor two months ago, and they didn’t do nearly as good of a job! I can tell a big difference. We will definitely continue to come here in the future!
