I found iCloudwireless on Thumbtack (listing as iTech) and Mohammed did a fantastic job replacing the battery on my iPhone SE (2nd gen). The whole process was smooth from start to finish—clear communication, fair pricing, and the work was done quickly with excellent results. My phone now lasts so much longer on a charge. Updated review. Mahmoud is very nice and polite. He’s also fast to respond. The first screen he installed on my son’s iPhone had a glitch and he made it right by providing a 2nd screen. The only reason why I can’t give him 5 stars is because of the multiple issues we had with the first screen he installed. Hopefully this second screen does not have any issues.
