I was in Madison on a business trip and I stopped by Chalmers to get some advice on an engagement ring I was designing. Garrett was incredibly helpful and gave me all sorts of great advice and ideas for my design. He is honest and incredibly knowledgeable in the world of jewelry design and gemology. I even got a quote from him out of curiosity and it was very competitive, even including shipping to CA! Sadly, I ended up going with a jeweler that was local to me in CA just for the sake of convenience, but if I lived anywhere near Madison, I would 1000% go with Chalmers!

Had the best experience getting our engagement rings custom made here! Garrett was super knowledgeable and helpful considering my girlfriend and I had little to no idea what we really wanted. Emailed him a couple pictures and when we went in to meet, he’d already designed a beautiful ring and was able to make very speedy adjustments to the design.
