never had their coffee or stepped in the café so I cannot speak on it, but the bookstore is the coolest place I’ve ever been to in downtown for books or really in general. its a spot i never miss, if in the area.

Food is very pricey because they're the only local coffee shop downtown and it's attached to a bookstore

Their matchas consistently taste great and the Jerk Wrap is very good.

On my weekend, visit to Jacksonville, I visited both locations and I prefer the uptown location. I thought it was better organized more spacious, better ventilation, and overall, just aesthetically my vibe, and I love the cafe in front as well. I'm a knitter and I found these five knitting books and I also visited a local craft store and found this skein of yarn

We are still talking about our visit to Chamblins. We started our trip with coffee from the Cafe, and then were directed to where we could find Travis McGee and Detretive Morse books. My husband came very close to completing both collections. Mind you, this wasn't even the big Chamblins! Staff was warm and friendly, helpful and happy. We drove 2.5 hours to visit, and can't wait to go back!
