As a monthly member of this car wash, I typically have a great experience, especially with the staff—who are always friendly and helpful. However, during my last visit to the location on Central (near U-Bank), I was extremely disappointed because the wash had no soap—just water. Given that I pay $30 a month for this membership, the whole point is to have a proper, thorough clean. Without soap, my car was barely cleaner than when I arrived. I hope they address this quickly, as I value the service—but I need a proper wash with soap for that price.

Wow!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The system they have in place is amazing, they get you into the membership plan so smoothly and with real kindness. The staff is incredible, friendly, and professional. Great job to this car wash!

This Carwash is Better then Mister Carwash. Plus they even have a mat washer at selected locations, plus they even pray for people. Thank you I will be a customer of Champion Carwash for life! 🙂

Besides the fact that all these people who are employed at this location act like you owe them something for keeping the car wash open and are super annoying when they close the gate before 7:00 when you guys close. It's okay I don't like this location anyways the vacuum suck or quite the opposite they don't work.

Vacuums are woeking great now at this location. The team is friendly and takes initiative to wash your car good and if it doesnt, they send you back around, making sure you leave off clean and happy. The assistant, Lakisha, akes her time with coaching and it shows. She reaches out to each customer when she can to check if our experience was good and takes in the pointers we give her to make this place better. Recommend Champions for anyone whos looking for people who care!
