DONT get a membership here. I called to make sure the air compressors were on because I’d just been to a different location and another car wash before this, and there’s weren’t on. So I called this location to make sure they were, a gentleman answered and I asked if he could make sure they were on before I made the drive. He begins to tell me “unless we’re closed, they’re on” so I said that’s what the other location said before I went over. He begins talking over me and says “maam maam we didn’t receive an email” I didn’t mention an email so I don’t understand why he even mentioned an email in the very first place. It was like he was trying to be smart, as if he was saying “well we’re open of course they’re on”. Anyways I hung up because he was so set on “not receiving an email”, went over and they WERENT on. For some reason google wont allow videos but will be emailing the video to the company.

If you go into the office at Champion, my picture is probably on the wall as the "Most Clueless Customer." I couldn't figure out how to pay, didn't know how to enter the car wash correctly...and caused a bit of a backup. Fortunately, two very nice employees helped me --- one to help process my payment, the other to direct me as to the correct way to enter the tunnel. Hats off to them; they were patient and helpful. My vehicle is now clean and I now know what I'm doing for next time. Hopefully! :-)
