Carissa did a great job of listening to what service was needed on the truck and following up with the technician. They provided a detailed analysis and an accurate and fair price. The work was completed in a timely manner. Great job!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Mr.Andy here at Sun Devil Auto. I was in a panic when my car troubles begin (knowing it would be costly) The moment I spoke with Mr. Andy I knew I was in great hands. Mr.Andy is very professional & personable. He greets you BY NAME & welcomes you in with the warmest smile. He’s knowledgeable, transparent and cares for his customers. It truly felt like southern hospitality here in the west. Thank You Mr. Andy for your heart & passion for what you do for the community. I will DEFINITELY be going back & highly RECOMMEND you stop in if ever in need for some car help. I was in and out the shop in 1 DAY - Mr.Andy gave me car knowledge & detailed paperwork showing current & potential car concerns I could have here in the near future. Staff was OUTSTANDING! Friendly and receptive to what was needing to be shared about the vehicle. No rushing....but listening, great interpersonal skills. Immediate contact with the customer once the work was completed. Full brief and analysis on what was done, and solid, detailed information and suggestions on the next possible steps to help enhance the work I inquired on. All this provided verbally as well as written in a brief report that was also emailed to me for record. And all this at a reasonable cost. I'll Be Back!

Andy and all the guys here very helpful, straightforward and honest. We bring all of our cars here and I appreciate how great they are with communication and pictures. Definitely recommend this place over everywhere else I’ve been prior to being a customer here. We’ve been taking our vehicles here for about 3 years, and never had a problem or issue or once felt scammed.

I run a small hvac business and had a transmission go out in my truck. I had these guys install a new one. I’m not gonna lie I was expecting it to be falling apart after the job and would have to bring it in several more times for service. This truck is rock solid now with 180k+ miles. I’m impressed I think we can get it 300k with these mechanics. Andy was my service rep. Solid dude
