I've just had a fantastic experience ordering online through Chaos Bazaar Vintage! I purchased a beautiful 70s vintage dress via the website after having my eye on it for a while. Tatiana kept me updated via text message with a tracking number and my dress arrived in reasonable timeframe. Not to mention, it's in fantastic condition and fits me perfectly!! I can't wait to wear it and will absolutely order more pieces from them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I bought an item believing it was $25 due to the scribbled hand writing price tag, only to find out after checking my bank statement it was $75, I would have known this at the time had they given a reciept but they don't seem to provide one and when asked about the return policy I was told I shouldve been more careful and that it's my fault and bad luck, I explained that I really couldn't afford this and they said too bad. I left feeling very upset and taken advantage of. I will not return and advise anyone else not to shop here.

Wanted to buy an online gift for my mother, couldn't get an answer to a simple question regarding refunds and returns. Tatiana explained 'it depends on what you've bought' still waiting on a reply. Slack customer service. Have gone elsewhere where they need the business, doesn't look like this shop cares if they have business or not. The South Road costume store is closed wonder why?
