Everyone seems to be very nice, friendly and caring! They have been honest with us about Remy from the first time we took her there for boarding. But they were willing to take her and love her. They tell us each time about how Remys behavior has changed for the better! We've been really pleased how they've taken care of Remy!

Elsa (husky) always has a great time here! She loves coming here and I’m sure they love having her also. She’s always very happy when I pick her up. We have had great experience boarding and would highly recommend charlotte kennels

My fur baby Tyson enjoyed his stay. They gave me up-to-date check-ins and photos of him while he was there. They were very patient with him since it was his first time and he was somewhat nervous. Everyone was very friendly, the facility is very clean, and they take good care of your pet(s). I will definitely be taking him back!

We boarded our two shepherds here for a few days and it was the best kennel experience we’ve had! The initial booking was smooth, with an easy to navigate customer portal and helpful staff ensuring vet records were up to date. Each staff member we spoke with was really thoughtful and informative. When we dropped off the dogs, the check-in was easy and we thought it was nice that the staff double checked that all the information/care instructions we entered was still correct. We picked up the dogs yesterday - they were in great spirits and looked amazing from a fresh bath/brush, complete with cute bandanas. Sometimes they are exhausted and smell weird after they stay at a boarding place, but not here - I believe Charlotte Kennels keeps their spaces very clean and takes exceptional care of their guests. We are incredibly happy with our experience here and how well taken care of our dogs were. We will definitely board them there in the future - it seems they book up well in advance (with good reason) so I’ll be sure to remember! BONUS: We were also greeted with two friendly kitties (and they had the most adorable kittens up for adoption in the lobby), which enhances any experience! I love a kennel that is also cat-friendly!
