Staff was incredibly helpful getting my dog worked in for staple removal during snow/ice storm and treated him with lots of love! Great team!
I have been going to MTAH for well over 20 years and Dr. Brad Craig is such a good and compassionate man and his knowledge is so great. You pet will be in the best hands in the world at MTAH, and all of his vets, techs, and staff are all so passionate about giving you and your pet the best care that will give you the best peace of mind when it comes to the health of your pet. I just had to put my dog down today, and Dr. Mason was so compassionate and told the staff to fit me in at 5pm because she knew that my pet was suffering as I told the staff this. She was such an angel and made me feel comforted, and could see that it was very stressful, she brought me Kleenex, and was so caring and tender in understanding my feelings, she even put her hand on my shoulder as we were administering the medicine and I was holding him, it was like she was an angel that was put there for me in a time that I needed one I am at peace now , and the way that I was treated during that hard time by all of the staff made all of the difference in the world. This place is very special to me , and all of the staff are so caring and compassionate as Dr. Craig is and I believe that it is his example that he sets and his efforts to make sure that only good caring compassionate people like Dr Mason are at this practice and has a whole staff that take care of both you and your pet(s) in a way that makes you feel very well taken care of and that they genuinley care about you and your pet(s). I have had 4 dogs here over the years and they have put all of them down, and every time was just like this time, this came on all of a sudden over the weekend and I could not let my dog suffer, he was severly, so Dr Mason fitting me in meant everything to me, to be able to get this behind me and know that my beloved pet was at peace and not suffering anymore, and the way she was so caring and compassionate with me. Trust me visit this vet , and you will see what I am talking about if you can take a chance to meet all of the vets , but make sure you see Dr. Craig he is such a good man and will take such good care of both you and your pet(s) and you will feel so good about him, you are never rushed at all by him and are able to ask all of the questions you need to, it is the best choice you will ever make if you really love you pet(s) his great knowledge and years of experience will just make you know you made the right choice and are in the best hands that you could be in. I have been very blessed to have this practice in my life because I never had kids so my pets have been my children , and consider Dr. Craig not just as my vet , but a good friend also I have the utmost respect for this man, and you will experience this also when you meet him for the first time, and I am sure that Dr. Mason and all of the other vets are the same way, I just got attached to Dr. Craig and was referred to him by someone way over 20 years ago that I just struck up a conversation with one day while at work when I saw his beautiful Huskies , that he had been going to him and he told me he would never take his pets to anyone else but Dr. Brad Craig , and they felt the same way about him then like I do about him now, so I was not happy with my current vet and was willing to give MTAH a try based on his recomendation, and from the first time I saw him I knew he was very special and would not take my pet(s) anywhere else. Just do like I did and visit them and meet him and Dr Mason and the other vets and you will see that I am just passing along a testimony like that person did for me so long ago it was the best decision I ever made, just meet him and give MTAH a try you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Thank you MTAH and Dr. Mason and Jackie the vet tech and girls up front for taking such good care of me at such a hard time on Dec. 29, 2025 when I had to put my pet to sleep, you are all angels on earth and I am very grateful for all of your care.
On Friday, October 24th, I called the office to schedule an emergency appointment for a rescued kitten who was very ill. I explained during the call that his sibling had passed away earlier that morning and that he needed to be seen as soon as possible. The receptionist said the doctor said they would not see him and scheduled an appointment for Monday, October 27th, at 12:00 p.m. Unfortunately, Onyx passed away early Monday morning around 3 a.m. I truly believe he may have had a better chance if the staff had taken our concerns seriously. Losing one kitten should have signaled the urgency of the situation. All signs pointed to an emergency. This entire experience has been heartbreaking and deeply disappointing. I will be finding a new veterinary provider for my pets, who have been receiving care here for the past five years.
I was referred to Mt Tabor by my daughter, Paige. My issue was my 5 yr old Labordoodle named Gabby who had a tumor on her leg. I had seen another vet but wanted a second opinion. I’m so glad I did. Dr Clark and the whole staff were wonderful through the whole process, explaining the co procedure, the costs and rehab. Gabbys tumor was cancerous but pathology report said low level cancer. Answer to prayer! I love Dr Clark and will drive an hour to him and no other vet. Also they are all very sensitive to the costs. Best vet and staff ever. Jane Hill
Mt Tabor has been wonderful to us and our little girl since we first walked through the door. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. They have been very patient with us as we worked through diagnosing an uncommon condition that ultimately saved our dog’s life. Thanks to Mt Tabor, we get many more years together.
