Recently brought two iPhones here for repair and both had the screens “fixed” but have since had multiple further issues. On one the screen turns off erratically and on the other the phone has phantom touches intermittently uncontrollably - even to the point of calling emergency services accidentally. The new phone screens also have terrible battery lives despite buying the “premium” screens. As an aside, during the service I had to walk from here to their Westfield rooms due to the lacking staff. The staff are lovely people but unfortunately the repairs themselves are faulty and I would very much NOT recommend bringing any Apple iPhones here.

Li and her team are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I brought my 3-year-old Samsung phone to Li after it had been completely dead for a whole week. Other repair shops told me they wouldn’t even attempt data recovery—they only offered to factory-reset the phone and maybe try to turn it on, insisting the CPU was the issue. I explained to Li that I didn’t care about the phone itself, only the data on it. She listened carefully and reassured me that they specialise in data recovery and would do their best to help, estimating about 1–2 weeks. Yesterday, I received a call from her employee, Alija, who was wonderful! She told me they managed to get the phone powered on and offered to help me transfer everything via SmartSwitch. I stayed in the shop from opening time until midday while all my data (a lot of photos 😅) transferred to my new phone. Thank you so much for all your help Li and Alija! You mentioned there was only a 50/50 chance of recovering the data, and I’m so grateful you succeeded. Your technicians are absolute magicians!

Recently bought an iPhone and price and service was exceptional.would have given 6 stars if it was an option.
