Kainoa was awesome definitely the best in the business, knowledgeable professional will do business again, must see they have everything for the beach umbrellas boogie boards bikes skates skateboards wetsuits etc love this place thank you again

These guys have great prices and customer service! The man working had just closed the shop to run an errand, when he heard my friend and I talking about renting from them as we walked up the sidewalk as we hadn't seen the closed sign yet. He ran back, caught up to us, and opened up the shop again to help us out! So so kind :)

Awesome service, love our bikes. We got hooked up quickly, and were on our way! Lock and optional helmets included. Looks like they even have monthly rental rates for boards, thought that was neat for people coming in for a longer visit

They are really nice with great prices! As a rider, I like to give the shop feedback on tuning up components if I notice anything off. The higher gears were having some trouble staying in gear, so I mentioned it in conversation when discussing our day of riding. Even though I wasn't complaining about my bike, they insisted on giving me my rental for free. That's what you call good customer service! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone and will go back when I am back in town. Thanks Cheap Rentals!
