Chef Juan and the Chef Junction team are truly one of a kind. He catered our wedding and provided bar service, and everything was phenomenal. The food was so good, so beautiful—and did I say good?! Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. You can tell Chef Juan genuinely cares about his craft and about the people he’s serving. He was friendly, flexible, and so creative in bringing our cocktail-style reception vision to life. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. I can’t thank him and his team enough for being everything and more than we could have imagined. If you’re considering Chef Junction for your event, do it—you’ll be blown away.
Chef Juan and his team catered my mother’s 70th birthday (50 guests) at our family home. EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were so impressed with the pre-party communication, (phone calls, emails and text) We provided an idea of a sample menu and the team created the perfect combination. (Photo of the menu attached) The food was prepared to perfection (OMGOSH the mashed potatoes were like no other-the Chef has a secret) and professional displayed. The hors d’oeuvres are award winning. When they say they will clean up, they did EVERYTHING allowing us more time to spend with family and loved ones. The mixologist, Denise, was so fun and friendly. Drinks were amazing! The team was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They fit right in with all the guests. We will definitely be using them for future events. Thank you for making this a memorable event.
Chef Juan did an amazing job catering for our wine-focused event! He asked questions about the wines and made sure to properly pair the wines with the appropriate types of food. The quality of the food was excellent: the creativity and attention to detail were obvious and people kept going back for seconds and thirds. He easily came up with ideas to cater to dietary restrictions and we supremely enjoyed his professionalism. Overall, his services are highly recommended (as well as his panna cotta!)
Chef Junction was in charge of engagement dinner. Catering to everyone he created a menu that was a blend of Puertorrican and Spanish flavors. Helped me with logistics and making sure everything was perfect. Everyone was amazed! Grandma approved! I was so happy and satisfied! We most certainly recommend Chef Junction to take care of any special occasion 💙
I coordinated a Gala for a ministry and we hired Chef Junction. The food was delicious. We decided to go with steak and omg the steak was better than Chama Gaúcha! Dessert was soooo amazing. The food had so much flavor and it was not salty or greasy. The staff was very professional and friendly to work with. They went out of their way to make the experience seamless when we had last minute hiccups. I highly recommend this catering company!
