Patti helped us buy a townhouse in Ottawa during the 2021 frenzy and she was patient, honest and listened to us along the way. More recently she helped us with the sale of the same unit and were blown away with her patience, guidance and professionalism. She gave us great advice pre listing, brought in an amazing staging service and had the unit sold on day 1 after the first showing. Can't ask for better than that. I'd recommend Patti to anyone who wants an honest, down to earth and experienced realtor.

My house sale closed yesterdsay: Yeah! I give full credit to Susan Chell and her team for their diligent efforts from start to finish. I chose Susan because of her experience in the industry and her personal familiarity with the real estate market in my neighbourhood. But over the course of the sale process I became aware of her many other valuable qualities. 1) She was always available. My phone calls and emails were always responded to promptly, whether to answer my questions or just assuage my anxieties. 2) Susan's network includes many community resources which helped me prepare the house for sale. It seemed like a monumental task, but she helped me at each stage. 3) Susan's communication skills are masterful. Her regular updates were candid and transparent, and she brought a calm and respectful demeanour to every encounter, despite some very challenging situations. Susan provides exceptional professionalism with a compassionate touch. I honestly don't know how I would have made it the the finish line without Susan and the Chell team, but we made it. Thank you, Susan!

We had to sell my Dads house of 68 years and really had no clue as to where to start. Team Chell was able to help us from recommendations on the painting, cleanup, landscaping, staging and finally with the timing of the listing. Susan and Patty were there every step of the way, to help and guide us through. What could have been an emotional roller coaster, turned out to be a walk in the park!
