Rachelle Shea has helped us buy our house in Ottawa while we lived away. We only needed one day of in person viewing and the rest could be done from a distance. She was highly available on text messages, our phone calls were always both efficient and pleasant. We enjoyed Rachelle's strategies with the seller when making an offer, she was just daring enough, forward thinking and tactful. We felt she had our best interest in mind in each of her undertakings. We felt heard and in a position to lead the search while knowing that we could count on a valuable partner with a wealth of experience and solid knowledge. We have been very happy with the house Rachelle sold us four years ago. After we concluded the sale, Rachelle did a great job keeping in touch with us. Hence, whatever potential future project we have in mind and share with her, she is always open to hear about it and available to look into it with us so generously.
