Michael could not have been mote respectful carpets look like new and I had planned to replace. No need for that now. Eugene kept me informed and gave me a spot on estimate over the phone. Cannot say enough about this service and note I seldom write reviews.
The best cleaning experience ever! We had our sectional sofa and chaise lounge professionally cleaned by Joseph, manager of Eugene’s Chem Dry company. Joseph thoroughly explained the work and the process of cleaning he was going to do. Exceeded our expectations. Will use again and ask specifically for Joseph! The pricing may seem high but the quality of work and care was well worth the cost.

Dropped off an area rug to get cleaned, the staff and owner went above and beyond to make sure our rug was cleaned well and we were able to see a difference in color and vibrancy when we picked it up. We thought they were very timely and honest. They gave us reasonable prices. Their work was extensive and thorough and we plan to come back if we need another area rug cleaned.
