From start to finish, the appointments, communication, and overall professionalism were superb. I want to specifically highlight Marissa for her patience and outstanding customer service. Due to construction delays, I had to reschedule multiple times, yet she always remained professional, understanding, and somehow had a team ready to go as soon as I was ready. That level of flexibility and communication made a stressful situation much easier. On the day of service, a three-person team arrived. Their communication, appearance, and professionalism immediately made me feel safe and confident that my home was in good hands. After returning once the job was complete, I was genuinely impressed. Everything I pointed out during the walkthrough was addressed, and then some. The attention to detail was exceptional. I truly appreciate OCD Cleaners for the quality of work and customer service they provided. I will absolutely be keeping them on my reference list and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service in San Antonio.

Anthony and his crew absolutely crushed it. They came in and made my house look brand new. I’m talking top-to-bottom, no corners cut, just straight excellence. The whole place feels refreshed and elevated. Super professional, efficient, and worth every penny. We live a very busy life with two very active children and an infant. So, I signed up for their bi-weekly service! Im so grateful!

They did a great job cleaning my house! I like how fast they were, it only took them 1 hour to clean my whole place! I had requested an all female staff, but one of their staff members was male. I wish they had honored my request, but the team was great and cleaned up well. I also wanted to mention that I appreciate their honesty. I thought my house was 1800 square footage and that’s what I told them, but with their experience and judgement they told me my house is actually 1400-1500 square footage and that they are willing to lower the price for me! It was fair, and am glad that they were open and flexible about the pricing.

Waited a few days to post this and I'm so glad I did. This was my first time having cleaners come to my home because I normally clean most of it myself but have been short on time lately. I have high standards for what I would consider clean. The owner herself answered my call as I'm a bit old school and like to talk to someone. Although she has an awesome portal she walked me through the entire process and even booked it for me. She was very transparent and didn't try and upsell me to just make money as she figured what I was looking for would be satisfied by a simpler package. For transparency I talked to about 5 other companies to get an idea on rates and what was included in their packages. I came back to Marissa and so happy I did. I do want to say after the work they did on this if I ever move out or sell my house or want it to look completely brand new I will gladly hire them for the all encompassing one. Damien and his team were great and thorough and communicated well. It took them a bit longer than they originally quoted which is actually fine because they wanted to make sure they got everything I asked. As they were wrapping up Damien asked me to take a look around and make sure they got everything. There were a few spots (easy to miss or maybe I am a bit OCD myself) that I asked them to go over again and they gladly did until I was satisfied. No complaints. No weird faces. Just got it done which I can appreciate. I will absolutely use this service again in the future.

Ms. Ivana and Vanessa and the entire team from start to finish was beyond amazing. I am now a lifetime client. They gave my home and my family back our peace. Pictures include a before from my worst room and the after beautifulness. Thank you 🙏
