So many options for allergies. My husband and son who do not have allergies enjoyed the food as well. Their sandwiches are soooo good as well as their sweet and savory items. We have come here several times during our trip to Quebec City. Must try!

We had the Croissant, Cake Pop, Bacon and Cheese bagel and the Chou Tiramisu and my lord they were all amazing! 100% gluten free and easy labeling for vegan, egg free, corn free, keto, nut free, dairy free and soya free using a colour code sticker system

I had the best experience at this fully gluten free bakery last month on my vacation. I’m from New Hampshire, and I’ve been gluten free for only a year and have missed a lot of foods. This place had the most amazing food! And none of it tasted gluten free at all. I went here three times over the course of one weekend. I had a croissant, a savory scone, chocolate croissant, chocolate praline cake, and my favorite, the bacon cheddar bagel. It was all so incredible. The staff were SO kind as well and let me practice my French with them! They even vacuum-sealed some of the treats so I could bring them home. They tasted just as good when I had them back home. I’m already dreaming of my next visit to Quebec City just for the chance to eat here again! Thank you, Chez Hansel et Gretel, for making gluten free food taste so incredibly good!!

What a gem! This bakery is dedicated gluten free but also accommodates vegan and many other dietary restrictions. Beautiful and tasty baked goods and cakes. The staff were very helpful and bilingual. We are visiting from out of province and they recommend many other fantastic gluten free establishments

This is an incredible gluten free bakery. I had a delicious cheese and bâcon keto bagel, warmer, chewy, flavourful. Everything is gluten free. They also have keto, vegan, and several other dietary restrictions. All are colour coded with round stickers. They also gave pies, cakes, pizza, pie shells, and a good variety of desserts. I would love to try them all, but I can only eat so much before it shows.
