I’ve bought Chi Spa vouchers for friends plenty of times, but this was my first time going myself and it was honestly great. I was staying at the hotel, which made it super convenient. Didn’t have heaps of time as I had somewhere to be after, otherwise I definitely would’ve booked more. I had a 30-min facial with a hand mask and foot scrub, and it was so relaxing and comfortable. Everything smelled amazing and the space was really calming. Emily looked after me and she was lovely, explained everything clearly, very gentle hands but still good pressure. She even brought me a glass of champagne for my birthday, which was such a really nice touch and made the day feel extra special. The lady at reception and everyone there were super friendly and the service was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and will be back when I’ve got more time. 🥂

An absolute luxury experience! Loved the little touches like picking my massage oil, a tailored facial, and how special the entire experience felt. Mio was amazing and I would love to have her every time I come back (and I am going to book for my birthday!!!!!) I will be telling all my friends about this. Fabulous day out!

Gigi was amazing. She assisted me in purchasing the Essence of Shangri-La at Chi The Spa. She was very lovely and accomodating and gave me amazing recommendations. Can’t wait to have my home to smell like Shangri-La. Thank you Gigi and looking forward in booking a Spa appointment. Neptune

I had an amazing experience at CHI Spa in the Shangri-La. The service was exceptional both times I visited. My first massage was with Karolina and my second with Holly, and they were both wonderful very professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. The atmosphere is calm and luxurious, and to top it off, they even offered complimentary champagne which made the experience feel extra special. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and cared for. Highly recommend CHI Spa and especially Karolina and Holly!

I left here with no knots or pains that I came with. The facility and staff are prestine. I had the pleasure of having Ri and she was amazing. I opted to add champagne at the end of my massage. I had hot tea, water, champagne, and a small cookie served to me in a private curtain enclosed area. The changing room and lockers were fine and they also had a huge selection of products you could buy including the oils used during your massage.
