My wife and I just moved to Chicago and were on the hunt for a couch. We checked many online stores as well as in person. Yesterday we went to Chicago Best Furniture because I had seen it on IG. The salesman, Sean, was friendly but not pushy. We saw a couch we liked and said we were going to check out one more place. Well we came right back! The couch they had was the perfect size, color, and price. And he was able to have it delivered today! The delivery guys were right on time, friendly, and set the couch up in no time. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

The salesman I spoke to buy phone seemed extremely inconvenienced to need to call the warehouse to confirm a rush shipping & then call me back. He lost out on a handsome sale as result of that attitude. Another nearby store, Affordable Furniture & Carpet,matched the price, offered FREE delivery + assembly and an far better warranty. This guy hates his job, obviously

Such an amazing experience at Chicago Best Furniture! My girlfriend and I just moved to Logan Square and had absolutely no furniture in our apartment. I didn’t really want to buy a couch from a furniture store because I’m cheap, but I’m happy I decided to purchase from Chicago Best Furniture! Willie was a tremendous help to us, and suggested many different couches for us to try. He got us a really good deal on the couch we ended up purchasing. Amir was helpful in finalizing our paperwork and arranging our delivery. Delivery was super quick and efficient. I didn’t catch the delivery guys’ names, but they were very efficient and kind. Thank you guys for your help!!
