Excellent experience from start to end. This was my first bounce house rental so I didn’t really know the process. The staff was very kind and helped me through the process. I made a few mistakes and they were very prompt and attentive and helped me correct my errors. The drop off and pick up crew were very patient and kind as I tried to correct the error. I would definitely use them again. Most importantly, the bounce house was clean and the kids loved it! I rented an open Halloween bounce house. It made my son’s Halloween party a blast for the kids.
We have used ChicagoMoonWalks for our company Fall Fest for the past 2 years. They bailed us out big time last year when our original company dropped the ball a week and a half before the event. MoonWalks is affordable, responsive, timely, and always open to feedback. The company was so helpful in answering questions prior to the event, and they kept us informed on what to expect the day of. They make the drop off and pick up process so easy, and the team was so kind and helpful the day of. The machines and bounce house we used this year were an absolute hit! We will happily be working with them for future events!
The twizzler ride really made our block party a great success. The children and the adults all enjoyed the ride. The two helpers were great, nice personalities. I will definitely be using them again.
I cannot recommend Chicago Moonwalks highly enough. We used a different company the prior year for our block party, and this experience was SO much better. Like no comparison. The delivery and pick up was exactly on time, and the gentlemen handling the delivery could not have been any more polite or helpful. They alleviated my concerns when I was worried the slide was too big, and I could tell how much they really cared about customer satisfaction. I’m so appreciative of this company!
We thoroughly enjoyed our rental experience. During our reservation, the staff was very helpful in informing me of the options available and were quite responsive to my questions. The day of setup the crew was courtesy and even recommended a better setup spot that would make my guests more comfortable on the hot day. And when we had an issue with the generator, they were quick to respond and correct.
