The service was reasonably priced. They were friendly and accommodating. They provided answers as needed. They also delivered to our picnic site which was difficult to do because of the event size and location. I will hire them again.
Omg Pump N Play Chicago is awesome I am a grandmother and I was trying to figure it out. The young lady that I spoke with went through every intricate detail with me The price was so reasonable I was sure something was not going to be up to my standards they exceeded my expectations. The customer service was extremely helpful I describe what I needed and she gave me what I described a bouncy house to accommodate small and big kids. The guys who came by to set up were extremely polite and handled everything with care I cannot find the words to describe the service I received All I can tell you is that I will continue to use them for my party needs. We had such a great experience with pump N play Chicago. We booked a dry jumpy and since it was so hot they made the effort to come back and switch it for a water slide! Great people, super friendly, great prices, And great costumer service! Book with them if you can 😊
We had our daughter’s 1st birthday party but Pump N Play’s work was the talk of the event. Incredible conceptual design that elevated the space and made everyone feel participating in a movie. I highly recommend them and definitely using them again
So I went to make a deposit down for my Bouncy house and obstacle course the family were awesome they wrote out my deposit slip on that Wednesday and that Saturday it was On my Bouncy house and obstacle course was on-time they were so polite set up was excellent Shout Out Pump N Play ❤️ Jenny Thank You So Much Awesome Team you have I will be passing the word Pump N Play Chicago i got you 😉
