Most people never want to be in a position to need a lawyer. I unfortunately found myself in that position in early May of 2025. I was involved in a Domestic Battery, in Berwyn Illinois. As a result of the events that occurred in May I was arrested. Following my release I reached out to a number of Law firms in an attempt to obtain legal representation. When I called every time following, or when I received a call, I spoke directly to David Smith. There was no run around, no call screenings or scheduling to speak at another time which I really appreciated.
