Our family and I had a sudden power outage and in our time of need, Thomas assisted us as soon as he could. Very detailed work ethic and we had electricity back on that morning. He was very informative on where we needed to be aware of maintenance wise. Would recommend him in the future! Definitely need to look into the FAM plan

Edited Outstanding Service and Resolution from Choates I initially had several issues with my Carrier 2-stage AC unit — including noise, uneven temperature, and concerns about installation. However, Choates went above and beyond to make things right. After reaching out to the manager, all my concerns were addressed within a week. The company replaced the original unit at no extra cost and even reimbursed the $99 service fee from a prior unresolved visit. Every technician I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The manager personally ensured that the matter was handled quickly and thoroughly, exceeding my expectations. The new unit is performing exactly as promised — quiet, efficient, and consistent throughout the house. I truly appreciate the integrity and responsiveness Choates demonstrated.
