Dwight was AMAZING and that doesn’t begin to cover it. We had a problem that could have led into a severe issue a week out from giving birth. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and care. While he wasn’t able to directly fix the issue, at no fault of his own, he explained everything clearly and pointed us toward a solution that worked. He even took time to sit down with me, call the city for me and explained “I have a 9 month pregnant customer here and we need someone immediately.” What really stood out was that he checked back in afterward to make sure everything was resolved. Honest, trustworthy, and genuinely kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and hope that each time I call, Dwight is the man on the job! Thank you so very much for making an extremely stressful situation MUCH better.

Dwight has been in our home on more than one occasion, as we have been Happy Hiller people since at least 2018. Dwight is the kindest soul on the planet. He is equally professional. He explains honestly without excuses and has always been top notch with knowledge and skills. He should be mentoring the next generation of Hiller employees and they should watch and learn from him how to interact with people. He engenders trust; If Dwight says it, I know it's true. We are psychologists, we recognize character. We are business owners, we recognize assets as well. Dwight brings more to the table for Hiller than his knowledge/skills, he brings humanity that will engender brand loyalty. In this house, we recognize his focus on creating strong emotional connections through consistent, personalized experiences. He has built our trust with dependable service, that aligns with customers' and Hiller's values, and has turned satisfaction into deep attachment and advocacy through excellent engagement, feedback, and delivery on Hiller's core promise. We had plumber Stanley Holman come out from Hiller to help us with a bathroom leak. He was personable, took the time to explain things, was clear about pricing, and went the extra mile for us during a stressful situation. Even when one of the parts failed after a few days, it was super easy to get it fixed with nothing but friendliness from the people at Hiller. I will happily call Hiller again. Such personable , straightforward service won me over.

Hiller, can't recommend highly enough. Have had them exclusively for many, many years now. Even when we have had big projects and needed to get estimates, Hiller always comes out on top! Also, techs have always been professional and knowledgable. We are VERY HAPPY HILLER members and have had gas lines installed, pipes replaced, support in frigid weather, and HVAC leak repairs in the past.

Had a guest bathroom vanity & sink that was recently replaced … I tried to re-hook up the water and install a new sink stopper but ran into difficulties… called Hiller - the receptionist on the phone was great and Mr. Dwight did a good job finishing off my project - he was kind and told me that my repair attempt “was on the right road.” Highly recommend Hiller!
