The Riverine steak and chorizo spring rolls just tasted average. However, the Baramundi and the slow cook beef were great. Some of the staff were good but, our steaks were not cooked as we had requested them to be. We just let it pass and didn't complain. Overall, it was a good experience.

Got the chophouse burger, and it was absolutely phenomenal. burger was massive and incredibly flavourful as well as juicy. the BBQ sauce is the best i’ve ever had, and the chips and onion rings were crispy yet also pillowy. 10/10 experience, best food wests has to offer.

The Chophouse is beautiful. I can’t stop talking about it to everyone. The service was amazing but the food was absolutely incredible. Would have to be the best steak I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back especially with the prices being so reasonable

Celebrated here for our sons birthday. Highly recommend for any steak lover. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Entrees and sides varied and good size. Will definitely be going back to try some more tasty choices from the menu.

I dined in at Wests New Lambton and had a bit of a mixed experience. The venue was clean and the service was friendly and efficient — no complaints there. I ordered the spring rolls, green beans with almonds, and the 500g onyx rib eye steak, along with a sparkling water. The spring rolls were crispy and tasty, and the green beans were fresh, with perfectly toasted almonds that added great texture and flavour. Unfortunately, the rib eye was a letdown. It looked impressive on the plate, but it was dry, tough, and stringy — not what I’d expect from a premium cut at that price point. It really took away from the overall meal. Everything else was decent, and I appreciate the experience overall, but the steak just didn’t deliver.
