To say that Chris and his team are great is an understatement — they are THE BEST. Chris’ professionalism is unmatched and his work ethic and dedication to each individual client is what truly sets him apart. After having another realtor list my home and do the bare minimum and receiving 0 offers in 6 months, someone recommended that I switch to Chris. That was the best advice I have ever received!!! I was truly surprised (in the best way possible) that Chris immediately treated the sale of my small condo like it was a million dollar listing! He didn’t waste a moment of time, had plans scheduled out, coordinated items to be fixed with me, etc. It was such a refreshing change and I credit him completely with the sale’s success and I think that receiving multiple offers on the unit speaks volumes to his skills at his craft! He has the perfect candor and more than anything I appreciate his honest approach and sage advice. He has a lifelong client in me now and I have already happily recommended him to friends and family.
