I can’t recommend Katie highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the New Orleans market and every neighborhood in the city. I was not the easiest client and was not buying in the easiest market, but she was incredibly patient, responsive, and dedicated to helping me find the right home. She took the time to get to know me and to really understand what I was looking for. Katie was an indispensable ally and became a friend over the process of buying my home. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients over a commission, Katie is the way to go!

Buying my house would not have been possible without Katie Witry. I'm so grateful to have worked with her! I can't recommend her enough and only have gushing, positive things to say about her. All of the relationships she's forged over her years with other realtors, brokers, service folks-- it all paid of in leaps and bounds, and the trust I was able to place in her because of these relationships was priceless. She was so intentional about who we worked with, and everyone she recommended we work with was A+. Yall she even moved my mattress into my house BY HERSELF because she saw it'd been delivered when I wasn't there. This woman is the real deal, true blue. Thank you SO much, Katie! You have a forever customer in me.

Katie is the best! Because I’m an architect and my partner a metal fabricator, we had very particular requirements for our house despite being first time home buyers. Katie was able to guide us through everything (including resolving construction issues with the house and recommending people for repairs) flawlessly. She made something big and stressful very easy and was transparent and reassuring at every step, as well as ensuring we got a fair price and credit where needed. I couldn’t be happier with the process and highly recommend Witry Collective to anyone wanting a high level of intentionality and care in their home buying process.
