Mr. Spedding was the definition of a professional, and treated me with respect throughout my case. As a criminalized domestic violence survivor who was arrested after being violently attacked and strangled almost to death, I’ve spent much of the last 18 months in serious danger while simultaneously being treated as a perpetrator. Mr. Spedding allowed me to fully explain my situation, listened carefully, and spent time reviewing all of the evidence I provided. His experience and confidence produced the desired results, and after being pressured to agree to deals by the prosecutor, my charge was dismissed. Mr. Spedding gave me dignity, hope, and safety. I highly recommend his office, and although I hope to never be in a situation where I have to retain a criminal defense attorney again, he would be my first call.
