There are a lot of things in life you can prepare for, but having your truck totaled isn't one of them. Over a year ago, someone ran a red light because they were distracted by their phone and hit the side of my truck going about 60 mph. My life has never been the same since then. When researching which attorney's office I wanted to talk to, I came across Hicks & Funfsinn. They paired me with Kenny Human and he is the most understanding and patient person in the world. I am a small business owner, so I am naturally an over thinker and over communicator. He stuck it out with me for over a year while my case went through all the steps of Dr appointments, going after the other persons insurance and then going through my insurance..I must have had a million questions and a ton of insecurities during the whole process but Kenny really knows his stuff. He answered all of my questions and kept reassuring me that everything would turn out. I just want to thank Kenny, and his team of ladies that were also attached to my case. Paula, Stephanie, Kim and all of the other ladies (I can't remember all the name) were just the sweetest and also very patient with my millions of questions. Fingers crossed I'm never in another accident, but if I am, I'm coming back to Hicks & Funfsinn!

I apologize for my being several months late. I just wanted to start off by saying Hicks and Funfsinn is the only place I’ll go to if I need help with anything. Last year I had gotten into a not at fault head on collision, which resulted in me having some life changing injuries. I looked into major companies like Morgan and Morgan or Sam Aguiar and many others however when their attorneys came to my door it never felt quite right. To me personally, it felt like they only cared how much money was going to be in their pockets. When both Josh and Gregg showed up to meet me in my house their presence was very open and welcoming. I later had questions upon questions about the entire process seeing as this is the first time I went through something as traumatic as this. They were extremely patient and very informative. They told me they were going to “fight for me as if they were fighting for themselves”. Gregg and Josh were the best to work with and if I had to go through this process again from start to finish I still would’ve chose this company. They care for their clients and they’re always willing to go the extra mile. Not only that, they were also very easily accessible. Paula and Stephanie were amazing as well. They helped with further explanations of what was going on and took the time to go through the steps. They always kept us updated too. Hicks and Funfsinn has a whole team of good people who actually care about you. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone reading. The Law firm of Hicks + Funfsinn was very professional and detailed in my case. They represented me from start to finish and were great settling my case. Langdon was amazing and great communicating every step of the process and helping me get the best settlement. would definitly use them again if needed.
