Recently used this jewellery store for buying pir wedding bands and to have an old bracelet fixed with new clasp and thickened shoulders. Chloe sorted everything out from start to finish and was so patient with myself and my indecisive partner. So pleased we went here as service was exceptional and all items are even better than imagined. Thanks again Chloe and all others involved in the background

I was trying to fix/alter my mums earring, came into this store after trying a few others. A lady with short white hair whose name I didn’t catch and Dimitri provided excellent customer service, providing very helpful, friendly advice and several possible solutions before settling on the final decision. Would come back!
