Recently used this jewellery store for buying pir wedding bands and to have an old bracelet fixed with new clasp and thickened shoulders. I was trying to fix/alter my mums earring, came into this store after trying a few others. A lady with short white hair whose name I didn’t catch and Dimitri provided excellent customer service, providing very helpful, friendly advice and several possible solutions before settling on the final decision. Would come back!
