I don't know why so much hate on the comments, like expecting way too much.. I don't know... but I loved it. Especially the Pump It 2024 Phoenix love it, used to play it as a kid. Also Cruisin Blast reminds me of Cruisin the World. It is small yeah, I mean it is in a mall, but it is cool to have some fun here. Staff is great and friendly. 😁

Lets me 1st say, I'm not a gamer. The place is nice, clean, and actually inside the mall. There is no food or drink area, no seating, but games galore. Great place to hang out and play games.

Saw on the news Chucks Arcade was supposed to have food and alcohol. This one has neither. The owner and staff were really nice. Has a few good games like Halo, Terminator, Jurassic Park & Mario Kart. There was a racing game that took your picture(Not Mario Kart) and at the start of the race you see the pictures of the people that last played the game as avatars to race against.. I didnt like that😅 Should ask for consent or atleast warn you that it shows your photo to everyone

Honestly at this point everything CEC does is an embarrassment and a sad attempt of grasping at straws until something sticks. The image of the company is severely tarnished and the name no longer holds the value it once did. The brand as a whole is watered down and very generic. CEC got too big in the name of greed and lost complete control of its identity. Coupled with decades of poor decisions slowly eroding away the foundation and principles you once stood for, bring us to the sad existence we see today. This loss of control will ultimately destroy whatever is left in the near future. A mascot that has become a complete joke and has no credibility or accountability or one that kids admire anymore. Sloppy handling of mascot appearance, consistency and personality leaves everyone wondering who Chuck E Cheese even is anymore. We have been inundated with changes to his identity since early the 2000’s. With social media and again complete loss of control and careless employees we now have images filling the internet with Chuck E being arrested, Chuck E twerking, Chuck E headless, Chuck E cussing the list goes on and on. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. Chuck E was once more recognized than Disney’s Mickey Mouse in the US and now Chuck E is the most laughable mouse in the US. Speaking of Disney you know what they still use and create everyday? Any guesses? Animatronics! Whoever the bright person at CEC that said ‘kids aren’t really into animatronics anymore’ is clearly in need of a reality check. Kids aren’t into old run down, barely moving animatronics… you know the ones that CEC has become so famous for over the years. Your stores were filled with neglected, embarrassing and outdated entertainment. The solution? Tear them out and put up TVs! Again, this goes back to too big and complete loss of control. Animatronics are loved by kids and adults to this day, so let’s not tell ourselves untruths to justify poor corporate decision making. Is the company salvageable? Yes, but not for long. With all of ever changing people at the top constantly screaming for change the only thing that will ultimately change is your company’s existence. As I watch more and more stores close and more and more photos and videos pop up depicting a company in a dire image crisis, there isn’t much time left. I am truly saddened to watch a company I and so many people once adored end like this. There is no more magic left at Chuck E Cheese and without magic, you are just another generic pizza place. Watching Chuck E get arrested at one of your stores PERFECTLY illiterates the current image of the brand. Whoever runs this social page, send this as high up as you can go and I hope it reaches the top. They need to see the truth and I would love the opportunity to have a sit down conversation with them. One last thing. The only hope of saving CEC is to drastically scale back and start over. Close 70% of your locations and go back to the roots of the company. That is the only solution I promise you. You need to regain complete control of every aspect of the brand. Once this happens you need to have the right people in charge of decision making because right now, that’s not happening. Investors need to see real viable change not superficial remodels. Get it together!

It was nice to see some history. Even if they had to break Jasper to make him stand properly, still nice to see him!
