I’ve been coming to this location with my brother, who has a premium membership that includes guest access. While I understand that checking IDs is part of the policy, the way the manager, Preston, spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. There’s a big difference between enforcing rules and treating people with basic respect. Instead of explaining things politely, he came off dismissive and confrontational, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. If you’re going to have managers representing your gym, they should at least know how to communicate with members and their guests in a respectful and professional manner. Really disappointing experience.

The gym is always clean with nice friendly people at the desk. They make every attempt to get to know you by name.
