I have been to a lot of trainers and gyms with middling success. I am so glad I finally found Core Progression! It's the only place I have found that incorporates thoughtful workout planning, keen understanding of physiology, motivation, and structure to drive real results and consistency. Jon and Seth are great guys, and have been amazing over the last 1.5 years. I have seen real results building lean muscle mass and endurance, and feel better than when I was 20 years younger. I came across Core Progression just a few weeks postpartum, and I’m so glad I did. Seth was wonderful to work with early on and set me up with a trial session with Mary, which immediately made me feel comfortable committing to my first workout. Mary has been absolutely amazing. When I started, I was about three months postpartum, recovering from a C-section, sciatica and also recovering from a year long back injury. She has been instrumental in helping me rebuild my strength from square one. What I appreciate most is how in tune she is with my body’s needs and how mindful she is of my past injury. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Core Progressions and for the support I’ve received in my postpartum journey. Mary and the team have truly made a difference in my recovery, and I couldn’t recommend them more. I initially committed to 1 month with them, and here I am going into my 5th month. For me, it was never about losing weight, it was more about re-buliding strength. And I have done both!
I really enjoy Core Progression on Broadway. Mary is a great trainer with an awesome personality and takes right approach for all fitness levels. I came in in decent shape but was struggling with motivation and proper form to avoid injury. Since training here, I feel the closest to how I did back in college as an athlete—stronger, more confident, and more consistent. Mary takes the time to focus on technique and ensures every workout is effective safe and fun. The whole team is fantastic and creates a real sense of community that goes beyond just you and your trainer. It’s a supportive, motivating environment that makes you actually look forward to showing up and putting in the work.
I had a family workout here and we got excellent service, and possibly the best trainer I've ever worked with, Kate Lake! We were definitely feeling it the next couple of days, which was exactly what we asked for. She was very knowledgeable and adaptable to our strengths and weaknesses. Pushing all of us, but also very encouraging which helped us get through it! If you're needing someone in your corner to get you to your fitness goals these guys will get you there! I’ve been training with Seth for about 4 months and it’s been such a great experience! He’s helped me build strength and confidence, and always pushes me when I think I can’t do it. The gym itself is amazing it’s small, welcoming, and never intimidating, which makes it so much easier to show up and stay consistent. Seth is also super accommodating and flexible when I need to adjust my schedule, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating trainer!!!
