The steam room was excellent.

am beyond disappointed with Chuze Fitness Winrock and will be canceling my membership. I primarily joined for the recovery amenities, but the experience has been a constant letdown. The main issues: Broken Amenities: They have two dry saunas, but only one ever works. The steam room is frequently out of order, and even when it "works," the door doesn’t close properly unless you manually pull it shut. Cleanliness: The jacuzzi is consistently dirty and does not look well-maintained. Absent Management: Every time I ask to speak with a manager about these recurring problems, the front desk staff tells me no one is available. There is a complete lack of visible leadership or anyone willing to take accountability for the state of the gym. It is frustrating to pay a monthly fee for services that are broken half the time. Whenever I see management respond to reviews saying they are "working hard" to fix things, it feels like a joke—if that were true, these issues wouldn't persist for months. I expect working saunas and a manager who actually addresses complaints.

There's frustratingly little 'quality of life' assessing and maintenance from the staff. It feels like every other time I visit and use a machine - cable towers for example - the bolt holding the cable housing is nearly about to fall out from backing itself out due to frequent equipment use. Of course this is only natural - but could 1 of your employees not take 10 seconds to leave the counter and grab a wrench to tighten it? How is a gym-walk not just a mandatory part of the day to day responsibilities at least once or twice a day Another example is the men's restroom. The stall immediately to the right of the handicap stall has had a broken toilet paper holder for 2+ years. You've literally spent more money on wasted toilet paper than you would on simply buying a new holder. I refuse to believe that over the course of 2+ years, nobody on your staff stopped and thought "Hm, this stall always has a weirdly high amount of toilet paper on the ground. I wonder why?"
