I really love the style of the clothing that Ciao carries. My favorites were the hand dyed and custom pieces made by the shop owner. Their sales associate, Sara, made shopping so much fun and I ended up finding a great item in the consignment upstairs.

Not your typical clothing store in Richmond - nice to see a place with more streetwear to compliment the many more traditional clothing options in Richmond. The owner is a trip - I appreciated her candor and unfiltered commentary on Richmond.

I love this place and I LOVE my CIAO clothes! Unique, one of a kind with a dollop of funky and a dash of egdy mixed in! Also the best, most helpful staff ever! They know their stuff!

Ciao is always my go to for European Boho flair. The brands at this great boutique are carefully selected by the owner and are years ahead of typical Richmond trends. If you have a little daring and a lot of style and don't want to "see yourself" everywhere else, this is the place to shop.
