Phoenix is wife's favorite place to shop for clothing in Richmond! They offer an ever-changing line of beautiful, unique, fashionable, and reasonably priced garments. And Lilly and the team there are wonderful people who never fail to provide suggestions for the perfct piece. I wish they would one day sale mens clothing.

Great pop-up sale. I am not one who really loves to shop for clothing but I was in Richmond for a couple of days and my daughter-in-law, who lives in Richmond, had seen the sign on the street and alerted me. I have shopped at Phoenix in the past (on Cary Street but also back in the day when there was a location in Charlottesville) so I thought I would stop by. I tried on a million things and purchased several items. Marked down prices were good and there was a lot of variety. The young girl who was manning the shop was very helpful and not too imposing. All in all, a very positive experience!

I shopped today at the “ warehouse” location. I was so impressed and happy with the quantity and quality of the available inventory. The sales assistant was lovely, helpful, welcoming. I purchased several things, great values in addition to being elegant, and I’ve already recommended The Phoenix to friends. Btw, I drove two hours to visit the store and can’t wait to return again.
