Ciao Tours did an amazing job planning our 8-day Italian adventure from Rome to Naples to Sorrento to the Amalfi Coast to beautiful Capri Island. Our transfers between cities, whether by high-speed train or private driver, were seamless (thank you, Deana!). We enjoyed incredible private walking tours of historic sites with the most amazing guides (Daniele, Mike, and Luciana) who were extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and fun. A most memorable trip! ❤️🇮🇹

We used Ciao Tours as a group for an Italy vacation. Two people from our group have used them before and suggested that we use them for this trip. I had never used a travel group before and was a little nervous. We wanted to go to Italy for my wife's 60th Birthday. We started on our own for 3 days in Rome which was great, then our tour began with Ciao Tours. We told them where we wanted to go and they did the rest, they set up all our hotels, arranged different private outings with guides, they provided an in country personal assistant. It was great, the hotels were all 5 Star, the tours were outstanding. When we had questions our assistant was readily available and able to help. I highly recommend Ciao Tours and will use their services again!!

We booked a 14 day Italy vacation for 4 people. We started in Venice, made our way to Florence, Rome, Naples, and finally Sicily. Our family had never traveled abroad through an entire country and we had a blast. Ciao Tours set everything up for us, pick-ups and drop-off from the airports and hotels, trains and even a fairy between the different cities. We wanted to see as much of Italy as we could and Ciao Tours made that possible and made us feel like we had a personal concierge throughout the whole process. Their team, from the intake process of what we wanted to do and see, the best time of year to go, how to get around, and having an local contact to provide reminders and make personal check-ins was fantastic. The care and concern their team showed to make sure we had a great time was just amazing. If you are trying to see anything in Italy and want to insure you have the best time doing it, HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CALL CIAO TOURS!!!
