Came in today to get a car insurance. Valerie took care of me, she drove me through all the options I had based on my preferences making everything super easy and quickly. I’m happy with the insurance I got for a very reasonable price.

This isn’t to look down upon anyone but I wanted to share my experience with Cinco Insurance. I and my partner stopped by last year for a car insurance policy and everything was perfectly fine with no issues but once we renewed the car insurance policy there was issue after issue. The first policy was made with a female and the second policy was a male named Oscar. We had the first policy expire so we got a new policy, the first policy charged me for no reason and when I asked why they told me that they had no record of that payment being taken and that they would look into it. They never contacted me back and when I called months later they still didn’t have an answer for me. The second policy expired in the middle of September and although the policy was over they charged my account for no reason. Saying that it automatically renewed when I never authorized it to renew. Called and spoke with Oscar informed me that he cancelled the policy and was supposed to get a refund but never received one. I'm currently trying to file a claim with the bank because they never provided results for us. The other person on the policy called and texted them and they never responded or bothered to contact them back. I’m very disappointed with Cinco Insurance and will not recommend them to anyone. You can't take and play with people’s money in this way. I just want to voice my situation to other people to warn them and hopefully they think twice before doing business with Cinco. I currently have renters insurance with them and I’m hopeful they don't mess up with this policy too. I’ll keep this updated if they reach out or if anything else happens. 10/3/2025

Denice was super helpful! We searched everywhere for an affordable rate, I mean everywhere. She was able to find us super affordable insurance and even helped us out with the down payment to fit our budget. I can’t recommend them enough!
